We are performing an update to our core Citrix infrastructure include our cloud delivery controllers.
During this maintenance period hosted virtual desktops, cloud portal, and all cloud hosted applications will be inaccessible.
Important to note:
User connecting in with Citrix receiver may need to remove and re-add their store after the upgrade. Instructions are attached.
Users who connect using Chrome, IE or Firefox will need to clear your cache otherwise you may not see the login screen after the update.
You can raise a support request with the helpdesk or call in if you have any questions.
Please note this activity is being performed by an external party and may impact your UBX services during the downtime window.
