Please be advised that one of our 10G Fiber optic links in Southfield were taken offline and worked on by our upstream service provider. The work window is listed below but UBX did not receive clear notification of this planned activity.
Private cloud clients who are served from our Southfield facility experienced two 1-2 minute outages while the fiber circuit failed over to our secondary provider. All of our safe guards for this kind of activity responded correctly and all traffic transiting that circuit were properly moved over to our Cogent connection.
We have requested that our service provider better communicate these types of work activities in the future and we apologize for the disruption it may have caused.

Access to the Veeam repositories and gateways will be intermittently unavailable during the maintenance windows listed below.
We do not anticipate any issues and the only thing that may be needed on your part is to re-scan the cloud repository after the updates are completed.
