If UBX is providing your on-premise Veeam rental licensing, your license keys will be expiring soon or have already expired. Please contact helpdesk to get new keys reissued. Once you have a new key in place you can enable automatic license updating and not have worry about it key changes.
Make sure you are taking advantage of the latest Veeam 9.X release. Currently that is 9.5 U4b

We have noticed some of our MSP partners are not setting SMTP details in their Veeam installations properly. For example, using a particular user’s email account as a relay is not best practice. As a result, very important notifications and failures are missed.

We are performing an emergency security adjustment to our core Citrix infrastructure including our cloud delivery controllers. This is in response to listed NIST security advisory CVE-2019-19781
