Please be advised that one of our core Cisco ASR routers in Southfield were taken offline and rebooted due to a configuration issue.
About 30% of our private cloud clients who are served from our Southfield facility experienced a 1 minute outage while the ASR failed over to our secondary redundant router. All of our safe guards for this kind of activity responded correctly and all traffic transiting that circuit were moved over to our secondary fiber connections.
