Please be advised after 1:20 PM EDT in 7/19/2020 our private cloud environment in Southfield, MI. experienced degraded connectivity with Telia one of our BGP4 upstream peers.
From Telia Carrier: Please be informed that the circuit IC-33XXXXX is currently affected by Major outage 01185660 within our network. Our backbone link is down. We are currently investigating this issue with our 2nd line support. We will keep you updated with reference 0118XXXXX.
This outage is on-going with no ETR from Telia. We have traffic balanced between our other two BGP4 peers and we do not anticipate any issues.
Once determined safe we will start our announcement with Telia and re-integrated them into our BGP4 peering.
