Please be advised between 5:30 and 5:50 PM EDT our private cloud environment experienced degraded connectivity with Telia one of our BGP4 upstream peers.
The circuit has been stable for over an hour now and our provider does not see it happening again. We believe this issue is due to an external weather advisory in the Southfield area.
Please report any problems to helpdesk@ubxcloud.com for further review. If we continue to get reports of problems with Telia we will temporarily remove that fiber circuit from our BGP4 and depend on the remaining 2 upstream providers to balance our traffic load.
